SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES
We ship within 2 business days of your order being received. Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Please note, if you order heat sensitive items such as chocolate or probiotics, we will avoid dispatch over the weekend to minimise time out of the fridge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship with Australia Post and their partners in each country. Note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. All international orders are subject to freight charges. Please contact us to complete international orders, we can guide you through each step and forward tracking.
International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you list a PO box we will contact you for an alternative address.
