Tori Salafia- Naturopath

I’ve been passionate about health and nutrition since my early teens, inspired by my own health challenges and a deep fascination with the body’s remarkable ability to heal itself. My approach to naturopathy is holistic, patient-centred, and collaborative in supporting you on your journey to optimal health.

I love supporting a wide range of health concerns in clinic, with a particular
interest in gut health, women’s health, chronic fatigue and stress management
across all stages of life - especially for those who feel unheard or stuck with
complex or ongoing symptoms. Having been there myself, I understand how real
and frustrating this can feel - together we can work to uncover what’s truly
going on. I utilise functional testing and pathology (no guessing here!)
alongside physical assessment, body reading, and nutritional analysis. This
allows me to blend evidence-based science with holistic, personalised care,
ensuring my recommendations are both practical and effective. I focus on
identifying underlying drivers and patterns within the body rather than simply
managing symptoms. Clients can expect guidance, education, and tailored
treatment plans designed to empower long-term, sustainable change.

While my formal training is in Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine, I also draw
inspiration from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic wisdom, integrating these thoughtfully where appropriate. Every consultation is approached with warmth and understanding, working collaboratively to meet you where you are on
your health journey.

I’ve been part of the Cherish Health team since day one, gaining experience both in store and in the clinic. This has allowed me to support people with diverse health concerns and deliver truly individualised care. I would love to help you feel your best - book a consultation today and begin your journey toward optimal
health.

WHAT WE DO

We use evidence-based practice, functional pathology, screening diagnostics, and health psychology as our most trusted tools. We work to uncover how your body is functioning and how your health is trending over time. Your current health status reflects your health trajectory, and identifying dysfunction early allows us to create targeted treatment protocols to support the best possible health outcomes for you.

HOW WE DO IT

Our initial consultation focuses on gathering comprehensive information about you and your health so we can address the underlying causes of your concerns — not just the symptoms.

This consultation may include:

  • A detailed health assessment of each body system
  • Analysis of your diet, including macro- and micronutrient intake to identify potential deficiencies
  • Detailed family and medical history
  • Hair, skin, and nail analysis
  • Iridology
  • Blood and urine analysis (if required)
  • Functional pathology testing (if indicated)

Functional pathology may be utilised to provide deeper scientific insight into how your body is functioning and to help determine the most appropriate course of action. Testing may include hormone and cortisol profiles, microbiome testing, gastrointestinal mapping, toxicity screening, nutritional profiling, detoxification function assessment, and Organic Acids testing.

YOUR ROAD TO WELLNESS

Based on the findings from your initial consultation, we develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. This may include:

  • High-efficacy nutritional therapy
  • Western herbal medicine
  • Mineral therapy
  • Intravenous nutritional therapy
  • Dietary and nutritional guidance, including meal planning
  • Lifestyle recommendations
  • Counselling and education sessions

We provide ongoing support to help ensure your restored health is maintained long term.
