Domestic Shipping


We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $100 for all other orders ship for a flat fee of $15.00.

Once you place an order with us, our team will process it within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email including shipping notifications, and any updates related to delivery.

We work with trusted third-party shipping providers, such as Australia Post, to deliver your orders.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, if available. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package through the shipping provider's website or tracking portal.

International Shipping 

The shipping cost for international orders will be calculated at the checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees:

Any assessed duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the shipping rate and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and may vary based on the value of the order and the country's import regulations.

It is important to be aware of and comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country regarding the importation of the products you intend to purchase.

Cherish Health is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs or import authorities. 

Restricted Products and Customs Regulations:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any product they order is compliant with the laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country.

Certain products may be prohibited or have specific import requirements in some countries. It is advisable to check with the customs authorities or relevant government agencies of the destination country before placing an order.

If a product is confiscated, rejected, or returned by the customs authorities of the destination country due to non-compliance, Cherish Health will not be held liable, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.

 

Click & Collect
At the time of placing your order, an estimated timeframe for pickup will be displayed at checkout.
Once the order has been successfully processed customers will receive a notification that the order is ready for pick up along with any other specific instructions.
Orders must be picked up within 2 business days from the date of this notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this time frame, please contact the store and we will be happy to make alternative arrangements.
