Heavy Magnesium Oxide 600 mg equiv magnesium 362mg
Under 60kg: take 1g (5ml metric teaspoon) once daily. 65 to 80kg: take 1g (5ml metric teaspoon) twice daily. Over 80kg: take 1g (5ml metric teaspoon) three times daily.
